Signs and symptoms of Exposure:

Eyes — May cause eye irritation.

Skin — Product is intended for use on the skin.  May cause skin reaction in rare cases.

Inhalation — Overexposure to vapors (unlikely) may cause respiratory irritation.

Ingestion — May be harmful if swallowed.

Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated –None Known

Emergency and First Aid Procedures. 

Eyes —Flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while holding eyelids open.  Seek medical attention immediately.

Skin — None usually required.  If irritation arises flush with water for 15 minutes.  Remove contaminated clothing and shoes, launder before reuse.  If irritation persists seek medical attention.

Inhalation — Unlikely route as liquid is impregnated on a towel, minimizing exposure via this route.  If overexposed move to fresh air.  If symptoms develop seek medical attention.

Ingestion — Not a likely exposure route.  If a large quantity of liquid is swallowed, do not induce vomiting, call a physician or poison control center immediately.  Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Section VII – Precautions For Safe Handling and Use

Steps to be Taken in Case Material is Released or Spilled.

Small Spill: Caution, slip hazard.  Wipe up small releases with a dry absorbent cloth or other absorbent material.

Large Spill: Not likely due to type of product.  If large spill does occur, absorb liquid with vermiculite, absorbent cloth, or other absorbent material.  Prevent material from entering sewers and drains.  Ventilate area and block traffic.  Transfer contaminated material into suitable container for proper disposal.  Clean any slippery residues with soap and water.

Waste Disposal Method – Dispose of in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations.  Waste Information: If this product becomes a waste, the liquid would be considered flammable (D001) as defined by RCRA (40CFR261).  However the waste should be properly evaluated in case of modification prior to disposal.

Precautions to be Taken in Handling and Storing –

Handling: Do not allow towel contact with eyes.  Wash thoroughly after handling.  Avoid swallowing.  For external use only.  Avoid inhaling vapors.  Do not smoke while using.  Not for use around the mouth or eyes for an extended period of time.  Follow good chemical hygiene practice when handling this material.  Use from original container only and follow label directions carefully.

Storage: Keep away from heat sources.  Store in a cool well-ventilated area.  Do not contaminate water, food or feed by use or storage.  Do not store with fertilizers, seeds, insecticides or fungicides.
