Carcinogenicity:

 Material contains petroleum asphalt.  IARC has determined that there is an adequate evidence that asphalt alone is carcinogenic to humans, in solution, solvent extracts can produce skin cancer in animals following prolonged and repeated contact.  IARC has concluded that there is sufficient evidence of the carcinogenicity of asphalt extracts.  Therefore, cutbacks like this product may also be implicated as potentially carcinogenic.  Please follow MSDS precautionary measure.  Synergistic materials: N/A.  Reproductive Effects: ND.  Teratogenic: No.  Mutagenic: No

Signs and Symptoms of Exposure:

Eyes—May cause irritation, blurred vision, and redness.

Skin—Prolonged/repeated contact may cause irritation.

Inhalation—Excessive breathing of high vapor concentrations can cause possible unconsciousness and even asphyxiation.

Ingestion—Can cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.  Aspiration of material into lungs.

Eyes—Flush with large amounts of water, if symptoms persist contact a physician.

Skin—Wash with soap and water.

Inhalation—Remove to fresh air, if breathing is difficult administer oxygen.  If breathing stops give artificial respiration.  Seek medical attention immediately.

Ingestion—Contact a physician immediately.

Dike spill area.  Recover free liquid.  Add absorbent to spill area.  Remove sources of ignition.  Ventilate area if necessary.

Keep in a dry, cool area.  Keep container closed.  Wash thoroughly after using.
